What nation is your character apart of?:
Ba Sing Se

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.
Li Yong was born in Ba Sing Se and grew up there most of his life. He learned earthbending from his father who was also an earthbender. His mother was a waterbender. When he was thirteen the fire nation invaded Ba Sing Se and Li fought and defeated many firebenders defending his family and was captured until team avatar freed him. There he met Toph Bei Fong who he later married after the hundred years war. They currently live in Ba Sing Se together and have a child named Lin. Her first name is from her father Li and her last name is Bei Fong from her mother. Li has the skin tone of his mother a waterbender and wears normal Earth Kingdom Attire. He has a calm personality and is very lay back.

Reasons:
Your defenition of meta gaming is wrong.
Ba Sing Se is not a nation, it is a city in the earth kingdom.
Your characters backround does not match up with the avatar law, yes Toph Beifongs daughter is Lin Beifong but Toph never meets a boy in Ba Sing Se. Please rework your character law (I advise not to make your character related to any of the characters in the series).
